Managing Director, PEP
Anthony joined PEP in 1999 and became a Managing Director in 2004. Anthony currently serves on the board of Tegel Foods, Griffins Foods and Godfreys. Prior to joining Anthony was a consultant at Bain and Company in the United States and Australia, where he advised clients in the financial services, telecommunications, airline, health care, retail, utilities and manufacturing industries on issues relating to strategy, mergers, acquisitions, operations improvement, industrial relations and e-commerce. He received first class honours degrees (BCom and LLB) from the University of Qld.

Managing Director, PEP
Tim is a founder of PEP and his portfolio company board involvement includes Startronics, Collins Foods, VFS and Godfreys. Prior to founding PEP, Tim was the Chairman and Managing Director of Bain & Company Australasian and African operations and a member of the Bain & Company's Global Executive Committee. He has more than twenty years of consulting experience in Europe, the US, Asia, Africa and Australasia. He was previously a founding partner of the LEK Partnership. Tim has been advising CEOs and management in Australia/New Zealand since 1987 on issues relating to strategy, M&A and operating improvements. He has also served on a number of government committees and led national strategy projects. Tim received an MA from Oxford University where he was a Mitsui European Scholar and an MPA from Harvard where he was a Kennedy Scholar.

Managing Director and Head of International at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity
Matthew Turner is Managing Director and Head of International at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity. Previously, he was Partner at Palamon Capital Partners. Mr. Turner joined Palamon Capital in February 2005. Prior to joining Palamon, he spent more than 15 years as an Investment Executive with PPM Ventures Limited, where he served most recently as the Group Development Director. A qualified solicitor, Mr. Turner specialised in company law including all aspects of acquisitions, disposals, and venture capital financing. Mr. Turner graduated from the University of Anglia in 1985 with an LL.B. (Honours) degree and qualified as a Lawyer in 1988..

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
Rory joined the Veda Advantage Group in March 2008. Rory has extensive experience in both the credit bureau and information technology sectors. Rory started his career as a computer engineer in the computer industry culminating at IBM as New Business and Alliance Manager in South Africa, and in 1993 joined TransUnion ITC South Africa heading up Market & Product Development. In 1996, Rory moved to Experian in South Africa as Marketing Director, where he oversaw a period of considerable growth through the introduction of new products, data and systems in the areas of fraud, credit referencing and risk management. In 1999, he relocated to the Netherlands as Director of Information Services of a newly acquired credit bureau for Experian. In 2001 he was appointed as joint Managing Director for the Credit Bureau operation in Germany. In 2004, he was appointed Managing Director of the Dutch Operation and went on to help establish Experian as the Information Services leader in Central & Northern Europe. Rory has an MBA from Henley/Brunel University in the UK as well as a degree in marketing & advertising.

Chief Financial Officer
Jon joined the Veda Advantage Group in 2003. He is a Chartered Accountant and brings over 25 years international accounting and financial management experience to the Group. He has held senior financial and operational positions in public companies based in South Africa, the UK and Australia. Prior to joining the Veda Advantage Group Jon was Chief Operating Officer of Logical Australia, part of the international Datatec Group. He held the position of Group Financial Director for the Datatec Group, based in London, between 1998 and 2001. Prior to this he spent five years as an audit partner with Deloitte & Touche in their Johannesburg Office. Jon holds degrees in Commerce and Accounting, as well as having completed an executive management programme through Henley Business School in the UK. He is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Chief Information Officer
Tony joined the Veda Advantage Group in August 2008. He is responsible for the strategic leadership and development of the Group's technology capabilities. Tony has over 25 years technology experience, primarily in the financial services industry where he has held a number of senior IT positions including CIO roles at FAI Life and Tower Australia. Most recently he was responsible for all IT Infrastructure and Applications Development and support at MBF Australia, the largest non government health insurer in Australia. Tony has also worked in the UK and USA. Tony has a degree in Computer Science and an MBA.

General Manager, Market and Product Development
John joined the Veda Advantage Group in February 2010. His career spans in excess of twenty years in information technology, management, sales and marketing, treasury and financial risk management. He has extensive vendor and professional services experience, and has held finance and treasury management roles for major organisations. John has lived and worked in Australia and Asia and was previously Asia Pacific President for SunGard, where he was managing some 1,500 staff across 14 offices in 11 countries. He was responsible for all SunGard's business activities across the Asia Pacific region and grew the business successfully year upon year, including undertaking a number of strategic acquisitions for SunGard. He joined SunGard in 2000 from KPMG where he was a Partner. At KPMG, he had responsibility for the Treasury software and consulting practice. John holds a Business Degree in Accountancy and has a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.

General Manager, Sales
David joined the Veda Advantage Group in January 2009. David has over 20 years experience in a Sales environment with companies such as Hewlett Packard, Mercury and IBM. He has a proven track record for developing high performing sales teams that strive to meet their customers’ needs by understanding requirements and applying innovative solutions. Following Hewlett Packard’s acquisition of Mercury where David was Managing Director for Australia / New Zealand, David was retained to head up HP’s Software division for Australia and New Zealand where he was responsible for all aspects of the operation including Sales, Technical Services, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Administration. At Veda, David will head lead a team of 40 plus Sales and Solutions Consulting professionals focused on strategic and mid market accounts across a wide range of industries including Banking, Finance, Telecommunications and Utilities.

General Manager, Operations
Ann moved to South Africa from Ireland in the mid 1980's, where she held a number of Marketing positions with the South African Breweries Group and the World Trade Centre. Ann has extensive experience within the credit bureau industry, having spent nine years with TransUnion (South Africa) before coming to live in Australia in 2005. Ann held the position of Data Director with TransUnion, which included responsibility for Consumer Call Centre, Commercial Operations and Data Management. Ann also represented TransUnion at industry level regarding data privacy issues and consumer credit legislation. Prior to joining Veda, she was Chief Operating Officer at National Lending Solutions (NLS). NLS was subsequently acquired by Perpetual Corporate Trust.

Managing Director, New Zealand
John Roberts joined the Veda Advantage Group in February 2006 with a background that spans over 25 years of business and leadership experience. John’s career embraces the communications and marketing sectors, and most recently, the financial industry in New Zealand and internationally. John was a founding partner and Chairman of Rialto Advertising Limited, which during the 1990’s, was one of New Zealand’s most successful integrated communication companies. He then held CEO roles with Saatchi & Saatchi in New Zealand, and was CEO/Regional Director for Saatchi & Saatchi Asia Pacific, based in Singapore for a number of years. Most recently, John was MasterCard International’s Vice President for International Card Services Limited, managing and developing MasterCard’s relationships with major financial organisations in New Zealand. In addition to this, John is Chairman for The Centre for Applied Cross Cultural Research, a division of Victoria University.

General Manager, Decisioning Solutions and Analytics
Chris joined the Veda Advantage Group in July 2008. Prior to joining Veda Advantage, Chris worked with Experian in a career that spanned 17 years. Most recently he was the Asia Pacific Regional Managing Director for Experian Decision Analytics, responsible for the Group’s largest business line covering Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Greater China, and the South East Asian market. Chris initially qualified as an Engineer and spent several years in the field before joining Experian as a Business Analyst. For the past 10 years Chris has fulfilled various Executive positions, including as Country Manager for Experian's operations in Australia and New Zealand. During this time he engineered the company’s growth and expansion into Asia, establishing start up offices in Hong Kong and Japan, and strategic partnerships in South Korea. Chris has a Degree in Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a MBA from Monash University. Chris has attended the Leadership Development Programme at Henley Management College in the United Kingdom

General Manager, Human Resources
Julie joined the Veda Advantage Group in April 2008 as Head of Human Resources. Julie brings over 17 years experience to the Group gained from working with dynamic companies across a range of industries including technology services, management consulting, retail, hospitality and financial services. She has spent time working in the United Kingdom and Europe as well as Australia and New Zealand. The human resources function is fundamental to developing and sustaining a high performance culture at Veda Advantage and is also a strategic business partner. Julie holds post graduate qualifications in Human Resources, Change Management and Executive Coaching.
