This search will provide you with relevant information pertaining to the credit history of a company or business, including:
- Court judgements
- Applications for credit by company or business
- Any rental history
- 5 years of financial information of the company or business
ASIC Search
This search will provide you with information as to whether a company is registered in Australia and includes the following information:
- The type of company and date of incorporation
- Directors (includes their residential address and date of birth)
- Registered and trading address for company
- Details of shareholders
- Any winding up orders / liquidation / external administration
- If the company is trading or deregistered
ASIC Search and Company Credit Check
This combination search provides you with comprehensive details pertaining to a company. You will access both credit information and director details. This crucial information assists in verifying commercial lease details or a residential lease where the applicant is self-employed.
MultiPower
A MultiPower report combines ASIC information with company and directors' file checks from the comprehensive Veda Advantage database, and uses this information in a unique matching system to calculate an overall company risk estimate.
