What does the report contain?

You'll receive information on the property's:

  • Address
  • Purchase price
  • Date of acquisition
  • Encumbrances
  • Initial amount of encumbrance
  • Valuer general or index search
  • Search of transfer
  • Mortgage records

It also includes a summary report of other properties in the name of the property owner within a particular State where the ownership in that state exceeds 3.

A Property Equity Report can also be included as part of a Corporate Profile Report or a Corporate Profile Risk Report.
